Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 11 October 2012, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen
Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property at UNIT 6F, 206/1 HOBSON STREET, AUCKLAND, pursuant to the terms of a mortgage in favour of Public Nominees Limited dated the 18th day of November 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: The income of the property subject to Mortgage Instrument 5923870.5, as comprised and described in Computer Unit Title Register 99050, North Auckland Land Registry.
