Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 February 2012, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant, were appointed, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of April 2005, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of certain assets of the board, being its personal property.
