Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed receivers of AWATERE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) ("the company") on 30 January 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 4th day of December 2006 giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
