Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PwC, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of EQUIPMENT SUPPLY PEOPLE LIMITED on 1 February 2012 at 1.00pm, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 3rd day of March 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
