Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Sarah Maria Judkins, hereby give notice that on 25 September 2012, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 30th day of August 2004.
