Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield, insolvency practitioners of Accru Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, hereby give notice that on 28 September 2012, they resigned as receivers and managers of certain property of VWX LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership).
