Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were, on 17 September 2012, appointed as receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of COBRA AUTO SERVICE CENTRE (1997) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to a general security agreement in favour of the Bank
of New Zealand dated the 9th day of October 2003 over all present and after-acquired property.
