Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby gives notice that she ceased to act as receiver of WIRE BY DESIGN LIMITED, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 1st day of April 2011 (which charged all of the present and after-acquired property of the company), at 5.00pm on 10 September 2012.
