Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 6 September 2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the
above-named companies under the powers contained in general security documents dated the 6th day of June 2009, which property consists of all of the companies’ present and after-acquired property.
