Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 6 September 2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the
above-named individual and companies under the powers contained in general security documents dated the 24th day of April 2008 and the 25th day of June 2010, which property consists of all of the individual and companies’ present and after-acquired property.
