On 24 August 2012, I, Ann Marie Millar, was appointed
by Mako Holdings Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 13th day of February 2009 incorporating memorandum of general terms and conditions (reference 6302), to act as receiver of all of the property of the above-named company.
