Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 30 August 2012, Paul Graham Sargison and Simon Dalton, of Auckland, were appointed by GJC Investments Limited as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 21st day of November 2011.
