Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 27 January 2012, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers
and managers of PONSONBY HOLDING COMPANY NUMBER 35 LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation) and STEDDIE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (in receivership) under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 15th day of August 2011.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
