Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 15 June 2011 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the trust pursuant to mortgage instrument 8763115.2 registered on the 12th day of May 2011.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Mortgage: Property comprising certificates of title HBP2/1086 and HBP2/1087 (both Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
