Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 8 September 2011 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the trust pursuant to mortgage instruments granted by the trust over certain property.

Security: Mortgage instruments 7496097.1 registered
on 13 August 2007; 7496109.2 registered on 13 August 2007, and 7738408.2 registered on 11 April 2008, granted by the trust over property comprising certificates of title NA87C/214, NA139D/336 and NA827/8; NA695/291 and NA35A/862 (North Auckland Land Registry).
