Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of LWR DURHAM PROPERTIES LIMITED on 16 August 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 24th day of March 2004 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
