Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 16 August 2012 at 2.30pm, MTGRP, L.L.C, of Delaware, Brookfield NZ Financier Pty Limited and Brookfield RETIP Australia LP, of Delaware, together trading as NZ Property Finance Partners (a general partnership), being the holder of a general security deed dated the 13th day of December 2006, appointed David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson, jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of PEGASUS TOWN LIMITED.
