We, Grant Bruce Reynolds and Scott William Greer, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, do hereby give notice that we were, on 9 August 2012, appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company ("the debtor").
The Property in Receivership is: All of the debtor's present and after-acquired personal property, pursuant to general security agreements dated the 30th day of April 2009 given to Weekend Holdings Limited.
