Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 8 August 2012, the trustees of the SC Bond Trust appointed Roderick T. McKenzie as receiver and manager of all the property of FIBREGLASS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 30th day of April 2012.
