on 6 August 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 18th day of March 2010 giving the holder a secured charge over the present and after-acquired property located at the businesses of LIVINGSPACE and/or used by LIVINGSPACE in operating its business at 15 Tay Street, Invercargill, and/or 192 Castle Street, Dunedin, and all of LIVINGSPACE's present and future rights in relation to personal property in respect of operating its businesses at
15 Tay Street, Invercargill, and/or 192 Castle Street, Dunedin, and all of LIVINGSPACE's present and future interests and rights in relation to other property located at or used in relation to its businesses at 15 Tay Street, Invercargill, and/or 192 Castle Street, Dunedin, and LIVINGSPACE's present and future rights to payments that arise in connection with its present and future interests in land and the operation
of its businesses at 15 Tay Street, Invercargill, and/or 192 Castle Street, Dunedin, and LIVINGSPACE's present and future rights to payments that arise in connection with its business and the operation of it at 15 Tay Street, Invercargill, and/or 192 Castle Street, Dunedin.
