Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of TAY VENTURES LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 6 August 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of September 2006 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
