Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Craig William Melhuish, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give
notice that on 31 July 2012, they were appointed jointly
and severally as receivers and managers of the property
of USSHER HOLDINGS LIMITED ("the company") under the powers contained in the following instruments:
(a) A general security agreement dated the 14th day of August 2008, in relation to all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights; and
(b) A specific security agreement dated the 14th day of August 2008, in relation to all of the company’s present and after-acquired livestock, and produce of that livestock.
Any creditor or shareholder of the company should urgently contact the receiver and manager.
