Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 26 July 2012, Capital Funding Trustee Company Limited, being the holder of general security agreements dated the 14th day of June 2011, appointed John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
