Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
and Receivers of Interests
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

I advise that on 30 July 2012 at time, Dennis John Wood and Victoria Toon, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the business and assets of JOHN WILLIAM BURTON ("debtor") pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 28th day of July 2011 over all of the collateral (as defined in the general security agreement) which the debtor has a right or interest in of any type and all of the debtor’s present or future rights in any collateral with all powers conferred by the general security agreement and
at law.
The receivers and managers are also appointed as receivers of interests in land held by JOHN WILLIAM BURTON, pursuant to mortgage 5772752.2 dated the 3rd day of October 2003, over 11.7025 hectares, being Lot 2, DP 323237, Identifier 93287, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and mortgage 7868117.3, over 11.0716 hectares, being Part Lot 1, DP 17216, Identifier HBL4/1393; and of receivers in the interests in land of JOHN WILLIAM BURTON, KATRINA MAREE BURTON and BENDON WILLIAM DOWNEY, pursuant to mortgage 5383241.2, over 8.7210 hectares, Lot 2, DP 11671, Identifier HBC2/1257.
