Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all
the present and after-acquired property of LDC FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership) on 24 July 2012 pursuant to a debt securities trust deed dated the 18th day of June 2004.
This appointment was in place of Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, who had previously been appointed on 4 September 2007 and who vacated office as receivers and managers of the company with effect from 24 July 2012.
