and managers of SOUTHERN AQUA ADVENTURES LIMITED and HAINES HOLDINGS LIMITED on 24 July 2012 under the terms of general security agreements dated the 4th day of June 2008 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' present and after-acquired property.
