Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 14 July 2012, Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, both of Auckland, were appointed
joint receivers of CARATAPA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of June 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
