Notice of Termination of Receivership
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers of MATAKANA ESTATE LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation)
and GOLDRIDGE ESTATE LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation) ("the companies") by ANZ National Bank Limited ("ANZ National"), on 4 November 2011 under the powers contained within a general security agreement dated the 7th day of September 2005.
That appointment ceased with effect from 12 July 2012, the receivers having fulfilled their undertakings given and returning control of the companies to the liquidator.
