Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 11 July 2012, TRAVELLERS INN 2011 LIMITED being the holder of a general security agreement dated April 2011 appointed Mujeeb Rahiman Mundath, of Auckland,
as replacement receiver and manager of all present and
after-acquired property of TRAVELLERS INN 2011 LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership).
