Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 11 July 2012 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the companies, pursuant to a global security deed dated the 20th day of December 2006 and supplemental deeds joining new debtors dated the 20th day of December 2006 (together, the "GSD").
Short Description of Property Charged Under the GSD: All assets and undertakings of the companies.
