Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

I, Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, do hereby give notice that, on 5 July 2012, I was appointed receiver and manager of both ROSHNI DEVI GOLIAN and BALBEER SINGH GOLIAN ("the debtors").
The Property in Receivership is: All of the debtors’ present and after-acquired personal property pursuant to general security agreements dated the 23rd day of December 2009 and the 19th day of February 2010 granted to Holborn Limited.
