Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 5 July 2012 at 11.00am, Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all
the assets and undertaking of DESERT HEART WINE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership), under a general security agreement dated on or around the 27th day of May 2011.
