On 26 June 2012, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of certain property of the company under the powers contained in instruments dated the 23rd day of July 2007 and the 21st day of October 2010.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company’s motor vehicles and machinery described in the notice of appointment.
