Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Jeffrey Robert Hart, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed receivers of BOP BUSINESS CONSULTANTS LIMITED and TAX LINK BOP LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (both in receivership) on
18 June 2012 under the terms of general security
agreements dated the 1st day of November 2010 giving
the holder a fixed and floating charge over the assets of the above-named entities.
The Property in Receivership is: All of these entities' undertaking, property and assets.
