Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 30 May 2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of GREMARA HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day
of February 1996, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.

525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
