Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income

Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
of the income of the property of LWR DURHAM PROPERTIES LIMITED (struck off) at 8 and 48 Orbell Street, Christchurch, on 30 May 2012 under the memorandum of mortgage 5996944.6 (Canterbury Land Registry) dated the 24th day of March 2004 and subject to variations 6456742.1 and 7653650.2.
