Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 30th day of April 2012 given by FIBREGLASS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, S C Bond Trust has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the company.
This appointment commenced on 18 May 2012.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
