Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 13 January 2012, I, Paul David Sills, was appointed by Mainstay Equities Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security deed dated the 1st day of September 2010, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
