Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 11 May 2012, Murray Gavin Price and Sharron Lee Price appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of PARK LANE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of December 2009.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
