I, Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, do hereby give notice that I was, on 1 May 2012, appointed receiver and manager of VEHICLE RECOVERY GROUP 2006 LIMITED.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the debtor’s present and after-acquired personal property pursuant to a term loan and general security agreement dated the 12th day of January 2007.
