Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 April 2012, Timothy Keith Fleming, chartered accountant of Tim Fleming Associates Limited, was appointed receiver of PLEASANT FOREST TRUST COMPANY LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired property, being both personal property
and all other property.
