Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of LAGUNA POOLS (NZ) LIMITED (in receivership) on 18 April 2012 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 25th day of October 2007, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.

525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
