We, Shaun Neil Adams and Andrew John Hawkes, hereby give notice that on 30 March 2012, we were appointed joint replacement receivers and managers of the company by
NZ Property Finance Partners, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 and in accordance with the powers contained in a general security agreement granted by the company dated the 2nd day of April 2008.
