Notice of Termination of Receivership
Andrew David Turner and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Staples Rodway Limited, Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on 1 December 2010, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of PROPERTY PROJECTS 10 LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained within a memorandum of mortgage over the property dated the 2nd day of October 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 17 April 2012 at 10.30am, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidator.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
