Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 2 April 2012, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of CORNUCOPIA CATERING LIMITED under the terms
of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of December 2011.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
