Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 23 March 2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of KEYSTONE MARINE TRADING LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 13th day of May 2010 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
