Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint
and several receivers and managers of the companies on
14 March 2012 under the terms of a general security deed dated the 9th day of October 2007 over the whole of the assets of the companies.
This appointment is in place of Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson who had previously been appointed on 26 May 2009 and who vacated office as receivers and managers of the companies with effect from 14 March 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertakings, property and assets.
