Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 12 March
2012, appointed as joint receivers and managers of
the property of CORK SUPPLIES (NZ) LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day of September 2006 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub,
525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
