Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 9 March 2012, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the trust pursuant to mortgage instrument 8908703.3 registered on the 16th day of February 2012.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Mortgage: Property comprising certificates of title NA139B/978 and NA139B/981 (Northland Land Registry).
