and managers of DEEWUN FARMS LIMITED on 9 March 2012 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 26th day of September 2008 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
